Refund policy

At Grace Wood Carvings, every piece is made by hand, which means each cross is one of a kind. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to buyer's remorse, sizing/color expectations, or change of mind.
If your order arrives visibly damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at gracewoodcarvings@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll work with you to make it right.
